Congratulations and welcome to Everest! If you are ready to register, that means you have attended a team tryout and were accepted to the club. The next step is registration. To complete your registration, simply follow the steps below!

The Registration Process

Step 1: Registration PacketOur registration packet is now fillable. Which means, simply open the attached Adobe PDF file and then begin typing in your information. Then print the correct number of copies, add (2) photos and (2) birth certificates and mail it to the address provided.

What Do You Need These Forms For?

Player passes
All players are required to have a player pass. The pass affiliates your child with the United States Soccer Federation. Your affiliation enables your child to compete in sanctioned U.S.S.F. Leagues and tournaments. Your pass also provides secondary insurance for the club.

What Is The Credit Card Authorization Form?

the Credit Card Authoization Form is Required for your child's participation!

The CC Authorization form can not be used as an automated payment option.

 

The purpose of the credit card authorization form is to protect the club from non-payment. This form must be completed before your child will be allowed to participate. Your credit card will only be charged if payment is not made within the 5 day grace period. .

 

How Do I Order My Uniform With The Manager?

Each Team Has A Coach and A Manager.

In addition to handling all weekly communication with the team, paying referees, filing game reports and checking in at tournaments, your team manager is also responsible for ordering uniforms (after the season has gotten underway). So if your child tried out after the season began, you will need to place your order through your team manager. They will collect your "Uniform Order Form" and submit it to NC Hudson. When your order arrvies, your manager will pick it up and bring it to your next event. All items must be paid at the time of delivery.

Why Does It Cost More To Use The Online Payment?

Paypal and Credit Card Companies Charge Us Fees

We are happy to now offer our customers the option to pay online. Unfortunately, Paypal and the credit card companies all charge us fees. These fees add up to roughly 4% of the transaction. Everest cannot afford to shoulder these fees. So they are passed on to our customers. To avoid these fees, simply send a check to the address provided to the left.
